  Business terms & Conditions

  Our business terms & conditions are important points to be understood by the clients to understand our business working profiles, Any order placed by the clients is accepting our terms of manufacturing and supplies.

  TMM India is engaged in mining & production of quatz (Silica) minerals.

  TMM India also out process the processing of silica (Quartz) to partner companies to meet the growing demand of clients world over.

  TMM India maintains strict quality control and produces products as per clients specifications. Our process of manufacturing starts once the specifications of our samples is approved by the clients.

   

  Specific Terms & Conditions

  Minimum Order Quantity: The minium order quality should not be less then 25 tons (one container).

  Supply: TMM India only supplies the consignment after approval of samples or specification from the client. All the terms and conditions are discussed with the clients before entering into business so that there are no points left for discussion once the process of manufacturing the required product starts.

  Payment: TMM India only supplies the products upon 100% realization of payment. For order upto 100 tons we donot accept any LC or part payment, Orders will only be processed once 100% payment is released by the client. We donot accept any other mode of payment. For oders above 500 tons, we would only start the production once we receive 50% of the payment in advance and 100% payment once we complete 50% of the order.

  Quality: Our product quality will be meet the same specifications as approved by the clients after approval of samples or approval of specifications. There will be no deviation from the quality unless intimated by the client in advance after commencement of manufacturing.

  Third Party Inspection: TMM India also accepts third party inspection at the cost of clients for confirmation of quality of products at regular intervals as required by the client.
